Building an Elevated Site Experience From Concept to Launch

When Andco (obviously, we LOVE their ampersand-centric brand name) came to us, their website didn’t match the experience of stepping into their spaces. As a hospitality-driven coworking space with two Jersey City locations, they were the leader in the local scene; however, their digital journey was clunky, unclear, and out of sync with how members actually discover, book, and work at Andco. Phase 1 of our partnership set out to change that.

Opportunity

Andco needed to modernize its site around how people choose a workspace: fast, intuitive, and local. The goal was to create a seamless “search → seat” experience that could convert curiosity into bookings — while reflecting the warmth, polish, and hospitality that define the brand.

Key objectives:

  • Establish analytics and automations to inform smarter growth.
  • Simplify the user journey from homepage to checkout.
  • Introduce a frictionless Day Pass booking system.
  • Clarify the relationship between the Grove and North locations.

Process

We began with a Priority Prism™ deep dive to uncover what mattered most for the website: quick revenue wins, intuitive structure, and a scalable digital foundation.

From there, we rebuilt the information architecture around intent — “Work Today,” “Membership,” and “Events” — so visitors could immediately find what they need. We implemented a Day Pass flow with instant checkout, automated confirmation emails, and a “What to Expect” onboarding message that mirrors Andco’s in-person hospitality.

On the back end, we added analytics tracking, simplified content management, and optimized the homepage for conversion — setting the groundwork for future phases.

Outcome

Phase 1 delivered day pass bookings on the day of our launch. Setting the stage for future feature updates, we built a cohesive, conversion-ready foundation for Andco’s next stage of growth.
