By playing in the weeds and taking a 30,000-foot view, we created a successful influencer program and focused a brand with many stories to tell.

The Accessory Junkie was launching an influencer program to spotlight content creators and their curated collections of accessories. They asked us to create the look and feel of the program, the launch plan, and the tools to manage a program of that scale by a small in-house team.


Audits, audits, and more audits. Through a deep dive on touch points and messaging, we found multiple ways to improve communication—about the program specifically and the brand broadly—to consumers, investors, influencers, and creators. The client was extremely amenable to exploration and options which made our working sessions incredibly productive. Each facet of the program opened a new door for better messaging and opportunities to develop the brand voice further. We wrote UX copy for their site, crafted customer email sequences, and armed the internal team with copy templates and guides to ensure voice consistency with multiple contributors.


We created a successful influencer program which included a launch plan, visual assets, and guidelines for contributors. The program opened new avenues for partnerships. We also revamped communication points for The Accessory Junkie brand, revising messaging to clearly show who they are, what they offer, and how they create a unique shopping experience for accessory enthusiasts. Our copywriting services were extended to ensure that messaging was effectively brought to investors as well.
